Xsound can not find the mp3 songs on my device. What do I have to do?

Sometimes can happen that the search-engine can not find the mp3 songs (mostly in cases when You are using Nokia PC Suite). We suggest to restart Your phone twice - first without memory card, after with memory card.

Xsound don't start after the installation. What can I do?

If You are using Nokia 6600 or newer, than restart Your cellphone. Otherwise XSound can not run on the target device, because it doesn't have the competent environments. Minimum requirement is Symbian OS 7.0 (Nokia 6600). Recommended requirement is Symbian OS 8.0 (Nokia 6630).

The sound quality is not so good, what I expected. Why?

I suppose, You are using Nokia 6600. On this device - and all devices including in category Symbian OS 7.0 -, the mp3 codec can not run so perfect like on newer devices.
